Bridge won’t connect

Sign-in and connectivity failures on the desktop app.

First checks

1. Is the network up? Bridge needs the internet for sign-in and pairing (your models keep working locally without it).
2. Can you sign in on the web? If your account works at alluqi.ai but not in the app, it is the app’s connection, not your account.
3. Firewall or VPN in the way? Corporate networks sometimes block unfamiliar apps — try another network once to isolate it.
4. Restart the app. Unexciting, frequently effective.

Local model, no cloud needed

Losing internet does not stop local work: the model runs on your machine. What needs connectivity is account sign-in, pairing, and reaching your desktop from your phone.
