Set up local image models

Choose the private endpoint and model used for image work.

Open Configuration

In the shipped desktop release, image model and endpoint choices are in Settings → Configuration or a managed machine profile. Use the image-provider controls available in your build. A policy lock can limit what you may change.

Use a supported local service

ComfyUI is one supported image path. Install the workflow’s required models on that service and confirm it is reachable from the desktop. A compatible API or model profile must match the actual endpoint; a profile name alone does not prove interoperability.

Check with a small task

After setup, request a simple image and inspect the result. Confirm the selected model and endpoint, available memory and any missing workflow dependencies if it fails. Do not upload private material to an external service to work around a local setup problem.

Model licenses and capability

Check each model’s license and hardware requirements before using its output commercially. Image and editing capabilities depend on the installed model and workflow. This guide does not promise a template catalog or local video generator.
