Folders are the unit of work

Bridge organizes work around real folders on your machine. A project is a folder you have opened; everything the AI reads or writes stays inside it.

Sessions

A session is one conversation tied to that work — its history, the files it touched, and what it did. You can keep several sessions going across different projects and return to any of them later.

On your phone

Sessions from your paired desktop are visible from the iPhone app, so you can check on work away from your desk. See Using Bridge on your iPhone.
