The app won’t start

Crashes and blank screens on launch.

Quick sequence

1. Fully quit and relaunch — including from the system tray / menu bar, where the app may still be running.
2. Restart the computer. It clears wedged state that app restarts miss.
3. Check your OS is supported — Bridge targets current Windows and macOS versions.
4. Reinstall the current build. Your work is safe: projects are your own folders, untouched by a reinstall.
